What You Should Have in 2016--Ever Heard of Supernatural Physical Health?

www.sechaber.com.tr
We all know that "physical" health is what we do with our physical bodies, and we know better than mix the supernatural with the physical. But, are you ready to be a bit adventurous this 2016? How about getting supernatural physical health?

Nope, this is not about some voodoo or occult practice to keep your body invincible to any physical assault. It's about having healthy body organs and systems using safe supernatural powers. But understand that this does not in any way try to eliminate physical workouts and healthy diets and lifestyles. It's supplemental--like a supernatural health supplement.

And it's not something new, actually. It's been around for eons. The problem is, it's been grossly ignored. It's been there written in the bible as a sure health prescription by the greatest Physician--God--but not even most church people seem to believe it.

I mean, just look at how most church clergymen are out of shape and/or sickly.

Look at how it is stated in the bible:

Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, [Exodus 23.25]
That's a powerful promise--that he will take away diseases. The problem is, many in church do not understand that to God, worship, food and health are connected. What you eat says a lot about your reverence for God. If you eat unhealthily, your worship proves nothing. Thus, God said anyone who destroys God's temple (which is our bodies), God will destroy him [1 Corinthians 3.17].

And then there's the stressless life God wants you to have. Negative stress is NOT God's will, so I always wonder why people, even the religious and those in churches, are so addicted to hectic schedules, busy works, and creating crazy deadlines that kill them. They think their achievements are important.

But here's God's supernatural health formula:

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. [Proverbs 17.22]
I've never seen very busy people have cheerful hearts. Crushed spirits are what they're often seen with. Even if this is written in the bible, they still refuse to relax and take life easy.

Finally, the simple fear of the Lord by turning away from evil brings good supernatural physical health.

(The fear of the Lord and turning away from evil) will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. [Proverbs 3.8]

HOW HEALTHY IS BANANA CUE? For Banana Lovers Like Me

If you're a banana lover like me, you probably love eating banana cue and turon as well. Banana cue is dip frying "saba" or cardava banana rolled in brown sugar. Turon, on the other hand, is "saba" or cardava banana wrapped in egg-roll wrapper, the type used for spring rolls, sprinkled with brown sugar. Sometimes, they even put slices of langka or jackfruit in it. SM Save More outlets sellthem for only P15 per big piece.

Anyway, if you eat these cooked bananas, what health benefit do you get? Do you get all the health benefits bananas give?

Cooked bananas give you dietary fibers, nothing more, nothing less. Well, you also get some carbohydrates from the brown sugar and fat from the cooking oil. By the way, included here is sweetened "saba" which is banana boiled in water with brown sugar and sometimes added with vanilla extract. At least with this, you eliminate cooking oil.

Bananas are supposed to be super healthy with lots of vitamins and minerals …

HEALTH BENEFITS OF PATOLA: Don't Judge a Veggie by It's Rough Look

"Pulis patola" is a term popularized in Filipino movies on supposedly lousy cops. It denotes an inept policeman trained in a far-flung province where cops know nothing except probably to eat and sleep. But in the Filipino movies, the rustic "patola" cop turns out to be a good and skillful cop who manages to ruin a powerful syndicate singlehandedly.

Thus, "patola" or sponge gourd is a common rough-looking vegetable almost nobody pays attention to (some even smirks at the sigh to fit) and considered low class vegetable. Why "sponge" gourd? The core of the fruit looks like crude sponge, but it sure doesn't taste like one. Patola is  often mixed in soups, especially plain and ordinary miswa soup to add some sweet flavor to it. It's also cheap--just perfect for anyone aiming for health and fitness with middle income budget.

Here are some of its health benefits:
It's low in calories. If you're trying to lose weight, eat more of this to …

Harvard Study Says Chicken Skin is Healthy!

You used to take off chicken skin because doctors and nutritionists said it's bad for your heart. So, with broken hearts we did so, stripping the golden brown and juicy skin from our roasted or grilled chicken and couldn't believe we were actually throwing away all that goodness into the trash.

And we wondered why God made chicken skin so delicious just so we could throw it all away.

But a new Harvard study says chicken skin is actually good for your health---to be specific, your heart health. It says most of the fatty part of chicken skin (the most mouthwatering one) is unsaturated and healthy for the heart. And that's according to studies done by the Harvard School of Public Health, no less.

Unsaturated fat can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, the Harvard school said, according to an article on The Daily Meal site titled "Doctor's Got It All Wrong!" So, if the study is correct (I'm waiting for another "study" to contradict this---al…
