So we see a lot of health promotions explaining how this and that product or workout can supposedly improve health and wellness. But disappointingly though, we discover later how most of them really don't deliver. But this does not change the fact that we need to be healthy (and look for ways to be so) and not settle for just being sickly and at the mercy of maintenance medicines.
Most folks today are so resigned to taking maintenance medicines as a "fact of life." They expect that one day they're going to be on maintenance sooner or later. They marvel when they find out you don't take any.
But even your maintenance medicine does not guarantee good health---not even your "natural" supplements or fitness workouts---although these are all good, with supervision from a medical health practitioner.
The only guarantee that you'd genuinely enjoy good health is if you stick with God's health formula, his original design for the human body. And that is, always go all-natural and all-organic.
And go vegan.
When God decided to shorten man's life, that's when He allowed man to eat meat. At first, God said:
I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. [Genesis 1.29]
All-natural, all-organic and all-vegan and frutarian.
Later, when he shortened man's life on earth, he changed his diet as well. First. God was disappointed with man:
Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal ; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” [Genesis 6]
Then later, probably to make sure life is shortened, God changed the diet:
Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. [Genesis 9]
The key then to good health and quality longevity is going back to God's original plan---all-natural, all-organic and all-vegetarian and frutarian.
Jesus ate fish and lambs, as well as fiber-rich barley bread, figs, olives and most probably a lot of fresh veggies and fruits. The Mediterranean diet is basically healthy. And in Jesus' time, they were all-organic. Imagine how fresh fish without preservatives and which weren't fed any steroids or antibiotics must have tasted.
If you're sick or simply just want good health, go back to God's health design.
