We've often been told--eating too many eggs is bad for our health. But I love eggs! In fact, I so LOVE eggs that I sometimes eat 3 a day--almost everyday! Almost. Why Too Much Sleep is Unhealthy

Don't oversleep. Limit sleep from 6 to 8 hours. Moreover, don't over nap in the afternoon. Both oversleeping and over napping can upset your body clock and ruin health.
